Transporter Terms

Compliance & Documentation

Transporters must upload and maintain valid compliance documents (e.g., CIPC, insurance, licences, tax/VAT, roadworthy certificates) prior to bidding or assignment. Submissions may be reviewed and approved or rejected.

Vehicle & Driver Standards

Vehicles and drivers must meet safety and licensing requirements under applicable laws. Transporters are responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance.

Bidding & Assignments

Bids must be accurate and honour commitments. Assigned loads must be executed per agreed timelines and requirements between shipper and transporter.

Proof of Delivery (POD) & Payment

Payment from escrow is contingent on delivery confirmation and valid POD submission. MyLoad may rely on information submitted by users and does not physically verify cargo condition.

Responsibilities & Liability

Transporters remain fully responsible for vehicles, drivers, cargo safety, and compliance with laws and regulations. MyLoad is a technology platform and does not act as a carrier or logistics operator.
